This video features Larry Malone demonstrating activity procedures and methods for organizing materials used in the Kitchen Interactions module. Important physical and chemical ideas are developed in the activities. Activities cover ideas associated with the acid content of foods, the density of familiar objects and liquids and sugar content of common foods.
