Despite these attention-grabbers, however, there is another much more valuable tag line--"Ages 5 and up." In this case, "up" really knows no bounds: Gobblet! Junior is based on tic-tac-toe's rudimentary three-in-a-row concept, enabling young children to easily grasp the rules of the game. Unlike your run of the mill tic-tac-toe, however, the wooden hollowed-out game pieces allow players to "gobble" his or her opponents previously placed pieces. So as is the case with many classic-games-with-a-twist, Gobblet! Junior's imaginative turn keeps older children, teenagers, and adults on their toes, too. |
