Order Processing
- Your credit card statement will show a charge from the “UCB Lawrence Hall Sci”.
- Please allow 3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
- You will receive an email when your order is shipped with a tracking number if available.
- You will be contacted by email if there are any adjustments that need to be made to your order.
Shipping
- Orders will ship within 3 business days.
- Contiguous 48 States: All ground orders will be shipped via UPS Ground from Berkeley, CA. Click here to see transit times from our location. Air orders ship via UPS 2-Day Air.
- Alaska, Hawaii & FPO/APO: These orders are shipped via US Postal Service. You will receive a shipping quote within 3 business days. We will ship your order as soon as we receive confirmation of the quoted shipping cost.
- International Orders: You will be contacted with a shipping quote within 3 business days. We will ship your order as soon as we receive confirmation of the quoted shipping cost.
- In-Store Pick Up: For your convenience we offer in-store pick up at the Lawrence Hall of Science. Please select "in-store pick up" under shipping on the order form. You will be contacted by phone or email when your order is ready for pick up.
- Extended Area Surcharge:UPS assesses a $3.00 service fee for less populated and rural areas that require higher operating costs. If the destination zip code for your order is listed on this sheet you may be contacted for approval of the extra charge.

Return Policy
- LHS Publications (GEMS, EQUALS, MARE, PASS, CML): The Lawrence Hall of Science can only accept returns of LHS Publications in cases of damage or an error on our part. To return items, please call us at 510-642-7771
so that we can issue a UPS call tag.
- All Other Merchandise: All other items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for any reason. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase please return the item in its original packaging and in salable condition. Indicate the reason for your return and enclose your packing slip. A 10% restocking fee will be assessed. Shipping charges are non-refundable. In case of damaged merchandise contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods.
